Born Pretty Store Clear Multi-Size Flat Bottom Rhinestones Review

In this post, I will be reviewing some clear flat-bottom rhinestones from BornPrettyStore. These rhinestones come in multiple sizes: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm. As soon as I saw these rhinestones, I knew exactly what I wanted to try. First, here are the rhinestones:

 Even though they are clear, they reflect some blues and greens, which is what made me like these so much. They are different that the plain colored rhinestones.

To start off my design, I painted all my nails except my ring finger with Sinful Colors Mesmerize. On my ring finger, I wasn't sure what color to use, so I decided on Sinful Colors Mad About Hue (which is a light purple/lavender color). I topped this off with Seche Vite. Once my nails were nice and dry, I used NYC Matte Me Crazy topcoat, to matte the dark purple. On my ring finger, where I am going to put the rhinestones, I got the idea to use gel topcoat so that I could easily move the rhinestones where I wanted them and not have to worry about my polish drying in the process. I applied one coat of regular gel topcoat, and used an orange stick dipping the end in a little bit of water to pick up the rhinestones and place them where I wanted them. I didn't realize how long it took to put all these little stones all over your nail. Once I got to the tip, I did have a bit of trouble getting full coverage with the rhinestones. Once I was happy with my placement, I cured my gel top coat for the recommended time. Here is how it looks:

 Overall, I am pretty happy with how this turned out. I think with a little more practice, I will be able to get it down much easier. After I finished this design and took my pictures, I wish I would have put one stone on each of the dark purple nails. I think that would have tied the design together a bit better.

I love how many colors these rhinestones pick up. They are very pretty!!!

Overall, I think these rhinestones are great. Having multiple sizes in one container is very handy; I like not having to buy multiple sizes separately. I love the color of these stones. They are very unique and different than the average rhinestones. And I didn't have any trouble with placement, other than inexperience. I would recommend these rhinestones to anyone who uses any type of rhinestones! I know they are very different than any other stones I have in my collection.
