Born Pretty Store UR SUGAR Holo Nail Vinyl Stickers Review

In this post, I will be reviewing the UR SUGAR Holo Nail Vinyl stickers from BornPrettyStore. This set I got came with 5 sheets of vinyls. Let's take a look at the vinyls first:

They are super holo and shiny!

For my first design, I painted all my nails with one coat of white. Then I used Sinful Colors Pink Smart. I used 3 thin coats to make this polish look even and opaque. I topped that with Seche Vite. Next, I put on the nail vinyls. Once I had the vinyls on, I painted my nails black.
I peeled the vinyl off my pinky and sealed it in with one coat of Seche Vite. Then decided I should take a picture before I peeled them all off. The vinyls were a tad too short for my nails, so I carefully continued the line to my cuticle as evenly as I could.

Once I peeled all the vinyls off, I sealed the rest of the nails with Seche Vite. Here is how they look:
These vinyls were pretty easy to peel off, they didn't leave any sticky residue, and the lines seemed to be pretty crisp

For my next design, I painted all my nails with 3 thin coats of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Cinna-snap. It is a deep red, perfect for fall. I then used one coat of Seche Vite. Here is how they look so far:

Once that was completely dry, I painted my nails with a matte gel top coat from Born Pretty Store (I never did a review on this top coat, but WOW! It is my new go-to matte top coat. My nails looked so smooth, soft, and almost looked like velvet. Even my husband commented on how matte and amazing they looked). You can find that matte top coat on Born Pretty's website here (5mL)and here (10mL). Here is how my nails look now:

Nothing says fall like a deep red matte :)

I have always wanted to try doing a design with matte and glossy top coats. I thought these vinyls were the perfect opportunity to try it. I placed the vinyl in the center of my nail, painted clear polish over it, and peeled the vinyl off. I like the way it looks, but I think I need to use a different clear polish or top coat. I think the one I used was a bit too thin. Here is my final look:

Overall, I really like these vinyls. They are pretty thin. I struggled at first getting them off the backing, but with a little patience and some pointy tweezers, they came right off. The only other issue I had was some of my nails have a decent curve to them. It took me a couple tries to get the vinyl to lay down flat enough that the polish wouldn't run under it. But again, with a little bit of patience, it wasn't a huge issue at all. I would defintely buy these in more designs (they have a bunch!) Some of the designs were pretty unique, which i really liked about them. The set I got included 5 different sheets. You can find this set on the BornPrettyStore website here. Born Pretty Store Chameleon Unicorn Matte Effect Nail Powder Review

In this post, I will be reviewing some Chameleon Unicorn Matte Nail Powder from BornPrettyStore. When I first saw the container, I thought it looked VERY similar to several other powders I have. Let's take a look at the powder first:

Doesn't it look a lot like most of the other light, shimmery powders? Let's open it up!

Since I can't really tell what effect it will have, I wasn't overly excited about this powder. At first. Like most of my powders, I need to see what it looks like over a few different colors so I can get an idea of what to do with it.

I started out by painting my index finger with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Re-teal Therapy, my middle finger was Sinful Colors Go Go Boots, my ring finger was Sinful Colors Midnight Blue, and my pinkie was Sinful Colors Pink of Me. Then I topped them all with Seche Vite. Here's what they look like so far:

Once that was nice and dry, one nail at a time, I put on a coat of No Wipe top coat, cured it, and wiped it with rubbing alcohol. Then I rubbed a thin layer of powder into my top coat. Once I was happy with the results, I moved on to the next nail. Here is each color topped with powder:

This is a tough choice. I really liked the purple and the blue. I decided to go with the blue since that one showed the biggest change in polish color. Here are my nails painted in Midnight Blue, and topped with Seche Vite:

In this next picture, I applied the powder on my middle and pinkie fingers so you can see how much of a change there was:
I love the effect the powder has on the blue polish!

I finished applying the powder and took another picture so you could see what the powder looks like matte first:

In this one, you can see the purple on my index finger, and some on my middle fingers, and the blue effect on my middle fingers and pinkie.

Let's add some top coat so you can see this powder glossy as well:
I like it both ways, but over the blue, I prefer the matte look. What do you think?

To finish my look, I decided to stamp my ring finger with a flower from Born Pretty Store plate BP-L011. I stamped with Born Pretty Store stamping polish in light blue. You can see my review of that polish here. I added one more coat of No Wipe top coat over my stamp to seal it in. Here is my final look

Overall, this powder really surprised me! I am super impressed with it, and it is definitely close to the top of my favorite powders list. If you also enjoy powders and chameleon nails, I would highly recommend this powder. You get a ton of powder in the container and for an awesome price!!! Don't pass this one up! If you purchase all 4 colors, you get a deal you almost can't refuse!! And they are all very pretty! You can find this chameleon powder on the BornPrettyStore website here. This powder comes in 4 different colors. The color I chose was #2. They also have tons of other great nail art supplies. Born Pretty Store Transparent Chameleon Nail Flakies Review

In this post, I will be reviewing some Transparent Chameleon Flakies from BornPrettyStore. I have really been into flakies lately, so I cant wait to get these on my nails. Let's check them out:
This pot of flakies came with an eye shadow applicator
We need to open this container and get a closer look!!
These look amazing! Let's get them on some polish! :)

I was curious to see how these would look over different colors. I started out with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Cinna-snap on my index finger, Sinful Colors SinfulShine Most Sinful on my middle finger, Sinful Colors Go Go Boots on my ring finger, and Wet n Wild Black Creme on my pinkie. I topped these off with Seche Vite. Here's how it looks so far:
Next, when I knew everything was dry all the way through, doing one nail at a time, I applied a No Wipe Top Coat to each nail and cured it. Once cured, I decided to use my silicone brush instead of the eye shadow applicator. I got mine on eBay, but you can find a similar one on BornPretty Store's website, here. Mine is like style #3. I picked up a tiny bit of flakes at a time, and gently patted them on my nails, being careful to not leave big spaces empty, as well as not get the flakes too hick in other places. Once all my nails were done, I made sure the flakies didn't have any edges sticking up, and sealed them in with one more coat of gel top coat. Here they are:
Outside, in direct sun

Outside, in the shade

Nothing was jumping out at me like those flakies over black! Let's do it! I painted all my nails with Wet n Wild Black Creme and topped them off with Seche Vite. Once dry, one nail at a time, I did the same steps as above and applied the flakies to my nails. On my ring finger, I put them on thicker, so they had full coverage and no black spaces in between. Here they are at this point:
Inside, under my OttLite
Look at that color shift!!!

Here they are again, inside under the OttLite

 Outside, in the shade

A slightly different angle, outside in the shade

Both of these macros were also outside in the shade

The shift these flakies give is absolutely amazing! I decided to add a simple stamp to my ring finger, to finish it off. Personally, I think I like these without the stamp better. I used plate BPL-024 from BornPrettyStore, found here. I stamped with Mundo de Unas Black and sealed it in with one last coat of gel top coat. Here is the final look:
Inside, under my OttLite

Outside, in the shade

And last but not least, the macro under my OttLite

Overall, I am in love with these flakies! If you love flakies, you will definitely love this! The shift is very intense, which makes them absolutely beautiful! Born Pretty Store Micro Zircon Rhinestones Review

In this post, I will be reviewing the Micro Zircon Rhinestones from BornPrettyStore. You can do so much with rhinestones, so I had to check these out.

These rhinestones are so small and pretty. Compared to the rhinestones that usually come with 10 or 12 colors in a wheel-shaped container, these have so much sparkle. They have clarity to them and are not dull or foggy looking. I thought they would be bigger than they were. I had to rethink my design.

For my base color, I used 2 coats of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear in Violet Voltage, and finished it off with a quick dry top coat. Then, I added a matte top coat to my ring finger. Next, I did a half moon shape in rhinestones on my ring finger, attaching them with matte top coat, so I didn't accidentally add any shine to my matte look. Last, I added 2 rhinestones to each of the rest of my fingers to tie it all together. I love that these rhinestones do not have flat backs. It gives them much more dimension.

Overall, I would recommend these rhinestones. The color and clarity was so much better than any other rhinestones I have in my collection. I would love to get the other 3 colors. You can find these rhinestones on the BornPrettyStore website here. They also have tons of other great nail art supplies.
