Born Pretty Store Mandala Square Stamping Plate S001 Review

In this post, I will be reviewing the square mandala stamping plate S001 from BornPrettyStore. This plate has a nice mix of images: full and half mandalas, butterflies and a few smaller images.  Let's take a look at the plate:

This plate stamps great, just like all the other BornPrettyStore plates I have. Here are the stamped images:

For my design, I painted my nails with 3 coats of Sinful Colors Hands Up and topped it with one coat of Seche Vite.
I love this color. It is such a bright pink with a pink shimmer. Perfect for summer!

I chose to use part of the half mandala image. I used Mundo de Unas stamping polish in black. Once I stamped all my nails, I sealed my design in with one coat of Rush High Speed top coat. Here is the final look:

I really like the way this turned out.

Overall, I really like this plate. It stamps perfectly, and you get a nice variety and range of sizes of images. You could use this plate several times for different designs and they would all look completely different! I really like plates that have such versatility. If you enjoy stamping, this would be a great plate to add to your collection. You can find this plate on the Born Pretty Store website, here. They also have tons of other great nail art supplies. Born Pretty Store Mandala Square Stamping Plate 002 Review

In this post, I will be reviewing the square mandala stamping plate S002 from BornPrettyStore. This plate caught my eye because it has a bird in front of a large mandala. It is very unique and pretty.  Let's take a look at the plate:

There are so many parts of this image I can't wait to use!

As always, this plate stamps beautifully.

For my design, I decided to do a smoosh design with my stamper. I painted my nails with one coat of Sinful Colors Snow Me White, then I used Snow Me White, Cool Gray, and Kurtain Kall for my smoosh design. Once I was happy with that, I topped it off with one coat of Seche Vite.
This reminds me of clouds coming in, covering the blue sky :)

Next, I stamped my nails with Mundo de Unas in black. Then I sealed my design in with one coat of Rush High Speed top coat. Here is my final look:

I really like the way this turned out!!

Overall, I really like this plate and highly recommend it. It stamps perfectly, has a variety of images and sizes, and is unique. This would be a great plate to add to your collection. I can't wait to use it again. You can find this plate on the Born Pretty Store website, here. They also have tons of other great nail art supplies. Born Pretty Store Mother's Day L002 Stamping Plate Review

In this post, I will be reviewing the Mother's Day L002 stamping plate from BornPrettyStore. I love holiday plates and you don't see too many Mother's Day plates. When I saw this plate, I fell in love with it immediately! Let's take a look at the plate:

These images are all soooo cute!

As with all their plates, this plate stamps perfectly. Here are the stamped images:

For my design, I painted my nails with two coats of Sinful Colors Rave New World and topped that off with one coat of Seche Vite. I made decals with clear nail polish, using the images I wanted to use, and filling in the images with a variety of Sinful Colors nail polish. Once the decals were dry, I painted one thin coat of Orly Bonder on my nails and applied the homemade decal to my nails (doing one nail at a time). Then I sealed in my design with one coat of Rush High Speed top coat. Here is my final look:

These turned out super cute!! I love them!

Overall, I think this plate is perfect! The animals are very cute, they are unique mother-child images and I think this is a plate that every collection needs!!! Born Pretty Store Chameleon Holographic Flakies Powder Review

In this post, I will be reviewing the Chameleon Holographic Flakies Powder from BornPrettyStore. I love all things holographic, so naturally this powder jumped out at me. Let's take a look at it:

As with all their powders, this one comes with an eyeshadow brush for application

This powder looks pretty awesome. I can't wait to get it on my nails!

 It's so pretty!!

To start off my design, I painted all my nails with one coat of Ate Clavo black gel polish and cured them. Then, one nail at a time, I painted one more coat of black gel polish, cured it, and rubbed the powder into my nail. I sealed it in with a thin coat of Born Pretty Store No Wipe gel top coat (found here) and cured it, applied one more coat of powder, and finished the look off with one more coat of No Wipe top coat and cured it. Here is the final look:
This powder is a deep purple with some amazing holo-ness!!!
This is in direct sunlight.

Overall, I am in LOVE with this powder!! It is super holographic. Even under dimmer room lighting, the holo still pops out. If you are crazy about holo like I am, or even if you like it every now and then, I would highly recommend this powder!!! It seemed very easy to apply (some of them are a bit of work to get on your nails, but not this one). You can find this powder on the Born Pretty Store website, here. Born Pretty Store New Bottle and Packaging Design

I am excited to tell you about the new packaging design and nail polish bottles that were just released by BornPrettyStore! These new bottles are available now on the Born Pretty Store website. Let's take a look at the new packaging:

I LOVE the new packaging!! I think the white box with gold writing looks so nice and elegant. I also really like the new bottles. Much better than the old square bottles with square lids. Don't get me wrong, I did like the look of the square bottles, but they are harder to hold on to I think. And there is something about the gold writing. When I received this bottle in the mail, I actually had to look at it twice because for the life of me, I could not remember ordering something that looked like this. It was so pretty! I am very impressed with the new look they chose. I don't think they could have made a better choice!!

This polish is a very sheer polish, so I painted my nails black and then painted one coat of Moonsky Glow over the black. Here is what it looks like:

It is a very pretty gold color

I also wanted to see what it looked like over white. Here is one coat over white polish:
I love this! It has a soft and delicate look to it

This polish I have shown you is from the Pearl Lustre series. When you visit the Born Pretty Store website, you will also notice it has been redesigned and it matches the new packaging! Nice job BornPretty!!

What do you think of the new packaging and bottle? I would love to hear from you!

They also have tons of other great nail art supplies. Don't forget to use my coupon code for 10% off any regular priced items.

Born Pretty Store Mandala Square Stamping Plate Review

In this post, I will be reviewing the square mandala stamping plate S004 from BornPrettyStore. Mandalas are very popular right now. Some of them I really like, but once I have the image on the stamping plate of the full mandala, I feel like I'm not sure what to do with it. This plate is nothing but half mandalas! Let's take a look at the plate:
This plate comes with the white and gold sleeve (which I love!)

It comes with the standard blue protective film over the plate

And here is the plate with the film removed! I think I will finally fall in love with mandalas :)

Every image picked up perfect! I was a bit worried when I saw how fine the lines and dots were on some of the images, but I had no issues at all!

For my design, I used my gradient I created in my review of the dual-ended gradient stamper sponge head pen. You can see my review for that item here. I painted my nails with 2 coats of OPI Alpine Snow, and did a gradient with OPI Mermaid's Tears and Sinful Colors Pinks Smart. Then I painted on a thin coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust for a bit of sparkle. I topped it off with Seche Vite. Here is how the gradient looks:

I picked an image from the plate that had a bunch of tiny dots (because those tend to be harder to transfer when stamping). I stamped using Mundo de Unas black stamping polish. Once I was happy with my design, I sealed it in with a coat of Rush High Speed top coat. Here is my final look:

This design turned out way better than I was picturing in my head. I absolutely LOVE it and plan on wearing it until it is no longer wearable. That is not like me at all

Overall, this plate is perfect. It takes the overwhelming feeling away from the full mandalas (at least for me), and it stamps perfect! I am very impressed with how well the fine lines and dots picked up and transferred. I am so glad I got this plate and will definitely use it a lot! And with 8 very different images, you can do so many different designs. You can find this plate on the Born Pretty Store website, here. They also have tons of other great nail art supplies. Don't forget to use my coupon code for 10% off any regular priced items.
